I was a little disappointed that the room service wasn't 24 hours, it stopped at 11 PM. This meant I couldn't order a late-night snack after an evening walk. I ended up going to bed hungry. the gym hours were shorter than I expected. It opened at 8 AM which was too late for me to get a workout in before my early morning meetings. I wish the gym had earlier opening hours or was accessible 24/7!

The beautiful rooms offer ample space with a comfortable sofa. The breakfast included with my Hilton Diamond status had many options. The hotel is near both Islantilla and La Antilla beaches, convenient. The walk is downhill, so the taxi ride back is short.
The TV had limited English channels, a small inconvenience.

The hotel is situated within a golf course. I enjoyed the views and landscaped gardens. It provides a nothing noisy removed from the immediate bustle of the beach area, yet still accessible. I appreciated the tranquility of the surroundings.

My room featured sufficient space and functional facilities. The balcony overlooked the golf course clubhouse, a scenic view. Comfortable bedding enhanced my rest, and everything looked well kept .

I found a well-kept pool area complete with lifeguard services. The breakfast buffet provided varied choices, and the dinner buffet offered cooked-to-order main courses. The landscaped gardens are accessible. These offered a calm space to relax.

i found free, easy parking right at the hotel. the waiter was very nice and helpful. the views were also nice, specially from my room. the room was quiet and allowed me to sleep well.
the tv was useless. it had very few english channels and it was difficult to find something to watch. this was frustrating as i wanted to relax in my room after a long day of golf.

attentive and friendly staff were found everywhere including reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant. the team seemed cute and flexible when questions were asked. pablo at the front desk was helpful and cared about your stay.

the hotel is near the beach, thus it gives easy access to seaside views and water activities. the hotel location is not in the middle of everything, but a walk or drive can get you to attractions. the golf course proximity to the hotel was a great bonus.

breakfast was very good and varied. i found great dishes in the bar, where i had my lunches and dinners. there was plenty of dining choice and buffet offered several options.

the rooms were big and clean. beds are comfy and they have cotton bedding. bathroom toiletries seemed of good quality and they provide slippers and dressing gowns in the room. each room has a hair dryer and iron.
